Pre-heating oven
moulds

This oven is designed for housing molds prior to their installation on the press. Preheating the molds to approximately 150 °C allows for a significant reduction in production start-up times, estimated up to 50%.

It is an electrically heated oven with a particularly robust and durable structure. Inside the chamber, there are roller conveyors made of hardened material with high-temperature bearings, while an air circulation fan ensures excellent thermal uniformity and rapid heating of the molds.

Sturdy mechanical stops ensure correct positioning and safety of the molds during the process.

The design of these ovens is fully customized according to customer specifications, taking into account the number, size, and weight of the molds. Configurations can be designed for both vertical and horizontal mold positioning.
