Requests for the production of rubber items and seals in the automotive sector are quite severe and require the use of high-performance elastomers. These performances are achieved only through the use of advanced moulding technologies and through post-curing ovens capable of guaranteeing complete vulcanization of the elastomer, stabilizing the hardness, improving its compression set and increasing its breaking load. The ovens available on the market were unsuitable as they were designed for “generic” use. For Lab Italia is able to supply customizable industrial ovens made with latest generation technologies, entirely dedicated to the rubber sector and specialized in the post-curing process.

It allows to pre-heat the incoming air by 30/50 °C, reducing energy consumption
and condense the outgoing fumes.

Where it’s necessary to treat food o medical material, we filter incoming air through absolute filters.

The post-curing of silicone requires a lot of attention for the exchange of fresh air, we can manage the correct quantity air with respect of the kg of the treated material.

Deburring machine and Fixed bench

This deburring machine can work through manual cycles or automatic process, averaging 20 to 40 seconds per cycle. Simple to operate and with minimal energy consumption.

400m cylinder diameter

The Fixed bench is designed to open and close and rotate molds in total safety and complete automation. These operations are performed by a single operator.
